Setting Auto Respond on MDaemon

If you out of the office for a long time and you want to set auto respond mail to your colleague who sent you email you can set it on MDaemon server.

To set Auto Respond from Mdaemon Server do the following steps:

1. Open MDaemon Server.
2. Go to Account > Account Manager menu (or you can use Alt-M) to view Account Manager window.
3. Choose mail user you want to set.
4. Click on Edit button, the Account Editor for the user will show.
5. Click on Auto Resp Tab.
   
   
6. Activate Enable an auto responder for this account check box.
7. Set schedule for auto responder by clicking on schedule button.
8. klick browse and choose message on text file for content in auto responder email.

This setting only can be apply by mail server administrator. If you want your mail user set this auto responder by their own you can set Account can modify its own settings via WebAdmin.
